Similar to Le Panier a Pomme and Le Boite Rayee Needlepoint Pillows in design. In this pillow, the rooster is perched contently in a bath tub, and slightly more eggs are scattered beneath his place of rest. A border unmistakably characteristic of country simplicity surrounds the rooster, and is stitched in blue with white and red blossoms on vines winding through. Backed in a medium tan velvet. A tri-color cotton tassel of blue, yellow, and pickle green furnishes the edges. Measures 21″ X 21″.
